Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Account Manager to work within a Key Accounts Team providing excellent customer service to Blue Chip/Public Sector customers who demand the best. The role includes ensuring your customers are provided with accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis in line with contractual requirements. You will need to proactively own and manage the resolution of all queries through investigation and liaison with other internal departments and third parties. Basis - Permanent, full time Working hours - Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week Salary - £21,000 - £28,000 depending on experience Plus Bonus & Company Benefits DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To build and maintain strong working relationships with your portfolio of customers by the use of telephone, email and on occasions face to face meetings Ensure customers reporting requirements are established, set up and sent in-line with the customers' expectations Manage and resolve both internally and externally raised queries that are raised for customers in your portfolio efficiently, to ensure queries are resolved within agreed targets KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to communicate at all levels. Experience in managing relationships Ideally have B2B experience High level of accuracy / attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
