JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Financial Administration Officer DEPARTMENT: Finance Akton Recruitment are recruiting for a Financial Administration Officer for a client in Barnet to work within the Family and Children Services department. JOB PURPOSE The main purpose of the role is to be part of a team providing an integrated financial admin and management service for the Family Services, ensuring that accurate, timely and robust budget management is adhered to. You will be expected to process payments to Providers, Suppliers, Clients and members of staff efficiently through the appropriate systems. Requirements: - Relevant Financial experience. - Highly numerate in terms of skills relevant to budget management. - Proven ability to ensure a high standard of customer care. - Capable of reviewing and evaluating results against quality standard. - Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure. - Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with members of staff on all levels.
