Overview
The HR Division of SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator based in Leicester. This is a temporary role and our client is looking for the right candidate to start straight away. This role is paying £9.50ph. Key responsibilities of the role are to: Assist with recruitment processes by following standard operating procedures including; - Drafting adverts, Job Descriptions and Person Specifications - Placing adverts through appropriate routes - Taking calls and queries from applicants - Sending out application packs - Arranging interviews - Generation of regret letters - Updating recruitment tracker/spreadsheets as required - Monitoring receipt of new starter information including all pre-employment checks As well as supporting the wider HR team with all general HR Administration. To be considered for the HR Administrator position: - Previous experience in an administrative focused role preferably within a HR Team - Microsoft Office experience - Previous experience of compliance management and administration is essential - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Organisational skills with a methodical approach - Ability to work alone and within a team - Attention to detail/ accuracy - Comfortable working in fast paced environment To apply for this position please either apply online or contact Marie on Whilst we'd like to get back to every applicant, it isn't always possible.
