Duties Include: Receiving a high volume of telephone calls and emails in French and English Demonstrate strong listening skills and build rapport with customers Promote first call and first-time email resolution Maximising customer satisfaction Coordinating orders and requests Adhering to service level agreements and quality standards Skills and Experience Required: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) Previous experience within a customer service environment Ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Ability to prioritise and organise own work The role would suit a customer orientated individual who enjoys dealing with people and working as part of a team.
