Description First point of contact for visitors Arrange and prepare rooms for meetings Answer phones and redirect to the relevant teams Filing and uploading documents onto the system Control the office stationary orders Assist the office with other ad hoc tasks Profile Administration and Receptionist experience Ability to keep organised within a fast paced environment Microsoft Word and Excel competent Very friendly and approachable individual Job Offer Working in a friendly, close-knit environment Exposure in an upcoming IT business Flexible working hours Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Local company
