Overview
Our client is actively recruiting for a Soft Services Manager covering their site in the City of London area with a salary up to £45,000. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading service provider on a high profile contract. Responsibilities Responsible for the performance of all Soft Services supplied to a large corporate contract Managing the Cleaning, Security, Catering, Grounds Maintenance and Front of house teams. Direct line management of Managers /supervisors and responsibility for front line team To actively monitor and audit the standard of service and intervene and correct service failures as point of escalation Ensure HSE guidelines polices and regulations are followed at all times. Ensure and support management of budget and costs Implement an aligned 'Touch Point’ approach to the work-space services enhancing the 'customer journey’ Escalate trends and emerging issues directly to the Account Manager Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes and implement change as required Meet regularly with Clients FM Team to ensure a combined approach in delivering the services Develop effective measurement of services and reporting Achieve agreed performance targets including branch 'heath check’ reporting Develop strategic plans for the delivery of services within your region Qualifications: Ideally IOSH qualified Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Management training with experience of practical delivery and concepts Experiences: Previous experience in managing front line delivery team Track record of service delivery across a portfolio of customers Implementation of strategic initiatives in the work-space Leadership of others Experience of Client /Customer management Skills: Ability to manage all aspects of service provision Management of remote teams Excellent level of verbal and written and presentation skills Ability to deliver results under pressure Strong Financial Acumen For more information on the role and to further discuss your application please call Harry Taylor at the Invictus Group.
