Overview
Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to provide them with OD Consultant – Health & Wellbeing on a 3-6 month contract which is likely to be extended into a long-term contract. This role is 36 hours per week and offers a pay rate of £17.90 - £24.00 per hour . This may be negotiable dependent on your experience. As a successful Organisational & Development (OD) Consultant – Health & Wellbeing, you will: An OD Consultant who can lead the health and wellbeing at RBKC, launching the new people strategy with a focus on improving the health and wellbeing of our workforce and achieve the London healthy workplace charter standard. Your duties will include: Leading and supporting the wellbeing projects; using project plans, progress reporting, stakeholder management, communication and engagement, tools and techniques. Influence managers to introduce good people practices into the council, to promote employee health and wellbeing. Collaborating successfully with others in a complex environment, be passionate about supporting mental health and wellbeing and have skills in digital/internal communication and project management. To be considered for this position, you will have the following knowledge/experience: a) Experience: Experience of working as an OD consultant previously Experience of leading projects, creating project plans and using reporting tools Experience of promoting health and wellbeing b) Desirable experience: Experience within a health and wellbeing environment Firm understanding of trauma and its impact on individuals/organisations Experience of working for a local authority previously c) Qualifications: CIPD Qualification is desirable Undergraduate degree or equivalent Level 5 Qualification If you wish to be put forward, please apply below and contact Dale Singh Spencer Clarke Group. / WHY SPENCER CLARKE?
