WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE £17,000 - £18,000 plus generous overtime SELBY (own transport essential) THE ROLE: Charterhouse are proud to be partnering with a growing company based near Selby. This is not a typical warehouse role and is a great opportunity to be part of a quality focused and well established but ambitious team with high standards. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate that would like to pursue a long-term career. You will report to the Warehouse Manager. The role involves receiving and despatching orders, stock movements and replenishment, amongst other general warehouse duties. Your own transport will be required due to location. This is a rare opportunity to join a professional, flourishing and exciting business and play a key role in their Warehouse operation, being a genuinely valued member of the team. Key Responsibilities: Working in a fast paced and dynamic team managing busy warehouse processes Driving a Forklift Truck (FLT licence required) Working to deadlines and with the highest levels accuracy Picking and packing of customer orders Processing orders on a courier system, generating despatch labels Receiving and despatching stock Stock movement and replenishment using FLT/Counterbalance truck Stock counts and investigating discrepancies found General warehouse duties What you need: GCSE or equivalent in maths and English Knowledge and understanding of IT systems (including Office, Word & Excel) A current FLT licence is required for your application to be considered Experience of working in a busy warehouse environment For more information about this great opportunity please contact Jenni at Charterhouse Recruitment on or email your-up-to-date CV to Please get in touch if you would like more information or apply with your CV.
