Relevant work experience will be considered. - Proven experience within the rail industry - Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Role Information; - Identifying allocated purchasing activities to achieve best value for money. - Assisting the Senior Procurement Manager to deliver against the annual savings plan by identifying, achieving and recording cost savings. - Working with senior managers to assist with improvements and streamlining of processes to reduce costs.
