Production Shift Manager Newport/South Wales £35,000 Experienced Shift Manager? Want a role where you could grow into Operations manager? Work with a great As a Production Shift manager, you will be working 3 on 3 off (days) within a food manufacturing site that has some very strong growth aspirations over the next few years and you will be integral to the growth by managing, training and developing the production team. Your role will develop by empowering your supervisor and production team leaders to take on more responsibility from daily KPI’s, training plans through to disciplinaries. You will have the flexibility to mould and develop your role with a strong manager who will give you the freedom and support to develop your team. As Production Shift Manager/ Production Line Manager you will ideally come from a food manufacturing background with a strong background within leadership and ideally experience of CI and retailer standards.
