Graduate Freight Forwarder (min 2:1 required) Location - Redditch Hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary - £18,000 & Contributory Pension (Regular appraisals with progressive adjustments to remuneration) The role This is a unique opportunity to become part of a thriving and progressive industry, working in an operational environment. You will be trained and mentored by the director within the ops team who will ensure that you learn best practice and are involved in every aspect of manging import/export processes from start to finish. This is a very rewarding role and the client also offers a development programme so that you can progress with your logistics career. The company An thriving independent freight forwarding company specialising in providing worldwide logistics services by air, road and sea to UK importers and exporters. The person A 2:1 degree. Living within a 40 minute commute of Redditch. Own car / transport. Good oral and written communication skills. Numerate. Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages). A quick thinker with initiative. A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
