Overview
Our client is looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Fitter to work in commercial and domestic properties throughout the Greater London area. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, remedial tasks in customers’ premises, specifically relating to water hygiene / legionella control. Duties will include temperature checks, pipework repairs, water sampling, clean and disinfect water systems, thermostat repairs and installations and other general plumbing work. The ideal candidate will have: NVQ 2 or City & Guilds Plumbing & Heating Full Driving Licence Previous maintenance experience Strong technical knowledge of Hot and Cold Water Systems, ACOP L8, current Water Regulations and BS6700 is essential The hours of work are normally 8am to 5pm, although you may be required to work overtime as required. Van is supplied, along with mobile phone and laptop.
