Overview
Insurance Claims Handler Stockport, SK7 £20,000 to £25,000 DOE. Excellent benefits - good holidays, free on-site parking, Flexible hours Due to further growth of the business - we are looking for an experienced Technical Claims Handler to join a well-established, independent Drainage Services and Utilities company based in Stockport. As a successful candidate you'll be taking ownership of managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic claims and ensuring expectations are managed and looking to resolve in a timely manner. Role: Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted on CRM systems Continue to monitor and update data records in line with company processes and procedures so that the data available to the management team is accurate Managing a claims process fully, from allocation through to settlement Monitor data standards including adherence to the data protection act Manage a variety of commercial, domestic and utility claims Making outbound and taking inbound calls from claimants Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance claims Excellent communicational skills Ability to work under pressure ad with a varied work load Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including legal representatives Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data So, if you're looking for a new challenge and would like a chat in further detail then please send a copy of your CV to Louis George at Four Recruitment.
