Overview

Quality Transformation Consultant Our client based in Redhill are looking to hire a Quality Transformation Consultant who will assist with the planning of their upcoming transformation. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the customer journey. The successful candidate will be expected to have sound judgement in providing suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of customer experience and management of conduct risks. Where these recommendations are accepted, the role holder will be expected to implement changes effectively with minimum supervision. The ideal candidate for this position will strive for continuous improvement and exhibit a natural desire to make a difference. As this is a new role, the main challenge will be creating a function from scratch and adding value quickly to the business. An ongoing challenge will always be securing buy-in from stakeholders when implementing changes around the business. Main responsibilities To have an in-depth understanding of the customer journey To make recommendations on how the journey can be enhanced to provide a truly fantastic customer experience To carry out a critical analysis of current quality assurance methodology to assess its effectiveness and determine improvements To be instrumental in rolling out and embedding new and improved quality standards to operations To provide ongoing support in using quality tools for customer-facing operations Previous experience required The successful candidate will be analytical and meticulous and prepared to engage with all business areas to identify potential underlying problems. At least two years' experience of working in an FCA regulated environment is essential Ability to learn new systems quickly and offer guidance to others on the operation of those systems Knowledge of FCA conduct rules would be beneficial Existing knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods and tools would be advantageous Personal Characteristics required Customer-centric and curious about 'how things work' Tenacious and go-getting attitude Desire to work smarter and find a better way Great attention to detail and critical analysis skills Ability to challenge the status quo and work autonomously Please apply for more information.
