The Deputy Manager will ensure the practice within the home is of a considerably high standard, will be nurturing and therapeutically driven to ensure the best outcomes for our young people who have complex needs and are leaving care. About Deputy Manager role in Southampton area: You will be NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care qualified or equivalent You will have at least two to five years working with young adults and children in health and social care environment You will have good knowledge of therapeutic care for young people with complex needs, and have an understanding of the impact of trauma and abuse on young people.
