Overview
Zest Optical recruitment are currently working alongside an exceptional independent Opticians based in Brighton to hire a full time Dispensing Optician or Optical Assistant. My client is a modern, forward thinking independent Opticians based in Brighton. They are looking to recruit a full time Dispensing Optician or Optical Assistant to join the team to continue offering the highest standards of eye care and customer service possible. The practice is part of a small group of Opticians and they are well known for offering excellent levels of patient care, resulting in a very loyal customer base. They believe in investing money into both the practice and its staff, and utilise some of the most advanced testing equipment including the Optomap and OCT. They are also staunchly independent and as such supply a wide choice of optical products and do not limit their professional staff to any particular brand allowing the dispensing team to tailor bespoke packages for their patients. Due to the experience of the existing team the ideal candidate will be an experienced dispenser with a strong, personable and dynamic character who is able to compliment and add to the current skills in practice. There will be career development opportunities for the right individual and the company is also fully supportive of continued learning allowing you to develop your own skill set. The role is to work 5 days a week, which will include weekends on a rota basis.
