Paraplanner Permanent Cheltenham £28,000-£40,000 (doe) Our Client who are a Chartered Financial Planners in Cheltenham are seeking a Paraplanner to join their busy team. Ideally the client are seeking a competent Paraplanner, with a good knowledge of investment products. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their experience and be part of a growing company, and to work alongside highly qualified Advisers. You will work directly with one or more Advisers, and also be responsible for one IFA Administrator. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing suitability reports for Advisor sign off Performing analysis on a client's investment portfolio. Collating and analysing information, processing letters of authority for new and existing clients Dealing directly with clients for routine enquiries and administration Preparing of illustrations, key feature documents and all other information to meet compliance and support the advice process. Ensuring that all procedures and processes are updated where necessary. Experience required: Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel Able to produce letters and reports Manage your workload by prioritising and being pro active Remain accurate and have fantastic attention to detail in all work Excellent organisation and communication skills Have effective relationship building skills In return our client can offer annual leave entitlement of 20days 8bank holidays (increases by 1 each year to a maximum of 33days) working hours Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. 6% pension contribution, private medical insurance.
