Overview

Are you a Health Visitor looking to work within the community? Our client is looking for a Health Visitor role available in Hampshire. You will be guiding new parents to help understand childcare issues, such as feeding, sleeping, safety and development. This role is available within the community, with the availability of working either full or part time, on a long term contract basis. Your responsibilities to work as an autonomous practitioner to provide safe, evidenced based and effective health visiting service to families & Children 0-19yrs. Responsible for a defined caseload, and classifying cases in line with national strategy of universal, Universal plus and Universal Partnership plus.
