ADHOC Healthcare Assistant - Canterbury
Overview
Service Care Solutions Recruitment Agency require an experience Mental Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker for ADHOC (as and when) for immediate start in a Low Secure hospital in Canterbury, Kent. The position will involve working with adults between 18 - 65 years of age aiding the recovery of the patient's monitoring their wellbeing and assisting with on-going treatment. The hospital looks after men and women with mental health disorders, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity either for anyone looking for work to supplement your current job / studies/ family life or as an opportunity for flexible part T time/full T time employment. The hourly rates of pay are as follows paid through an umbrella or limited company: • £10.10 ltd hour for weekdays • £11.00 ltd for nights and Weekends Essential: • Recent experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the mental health sector. • Must be able to engage with patients/clients • Flexible Desirable experience: • 6 months' experience • Any form of Control and Restraint training (PMVA/MAPA/MAYBO) • Experience of working within Secure Units If you are interested in this role, please contact myself on: Cheyenne.atkinsonservicecare.org.uk 01772 208962
