2nd Line Support Engineer - Hedge Fund - Permanent - £30,000 - £35,000 - London My client a Hedge Fund based in Mayfair are looking to hire a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team. You will report into the Head of Infrastructure and work accross the IT department. It is a Wintel house so ideally you will have carried out a similar role with the emphasis on desk side / face to face VIP support. Duties: • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for incidents and service requests • At least 3 years’ experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Active Directory, Group Windows, Imaging, Windows 10, SCCM, Office 365, MS Exchange • Providing troubleshooting on software and hardware issues • Providing onsite and remote support to all functions and areas of the business • Identify trending issues and possible problems when performing preventative maintenance • Ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved and closed within agreed SLA’s • Setup and configure new hardware for the business If this sounds like the ideal role for you, please send through your up to date CV.
