Web Analyst Horsham £35,000 - £40,000 We are working with an online tech company, that are expanding not just in customer base, but also the team. Their award-winning product is evolving and to ensure the continued success, they are looking for an experienced Web Analyst to analysis the product performance and ensure the best user experience for their customers. The role and responsibilities for this Web Analyst job include: Use all available data and web analytics to research and define what a typical customer journey looks like for an end user and partners Analyse online product usage trends and produce reports Identify, analyse and interpret trends using a variety of tools and report on findings Be the main point of contact to maintain data integrity within Hubspot, ensuring we can segment the data to make insight driven decisions Manage marketing preference and GDPR requirements in Hubspot to ensure ongoing compliance For this Web Analyst job, you should have: Previously worked in a similar role and have proven skills in web analytics for an online tool/portal/business A background in either tech or SaaS Up to date knowledge on UX and UI best practise. Significant web analytics experience and exceptional analytical skills Good knowledge of Power BI and/or Google Data Studio Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM tool Strong business acumen Benefits: 25 days holiday Birthday off Pension Cycle to work scheme Free fruit and snacks Training and development
