Project Coordinator

I am currently on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join a well-established electrical supplies company in the Ashton under Lyne area, initially on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. Offering a salary between GBP21k-GBP23k dependants on experience, the role also includes 25 days holiday, free parking and has the opportunity for flexible working. This role is focused around customer experience, and will suit a candidate who has a real passion to provide outstanding customer service. It will also require someone with very strong organisational skills and who is adaptable to work in a fast-paced changing environment. About The Role: Act as the primary contact between the customer and the business in the phase of project delivery Assist with the processing of new orders Establish any delivery schedules for the customer, taking note of any special adjustments that need to be made. Creating product information sheets Dealing with any amendments to the original order and updating all parties Processing any returns Liaise with the client over any damages/replacements that need to be issued Essential Skills & Experience: Candidates MUST have Full Clean UK Driving Licence with own transport - requirement of the role to meet clients with Senior Engineer Effective communicator - both verbal, written and face-to-face Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment Demonstrates confidence to make decisions Ability to work well within a team Can be flexible to be able to meet the demands of work Highly organised with the ability to complete tasks within a timely manner About The Benefits: Salary: GBP21000 - GBP23000 DOE Working Hours: Mon - Thu 8:30 - 17:00 Fri 8:00 - 16:00 Holiday: 25 days holiday bank holidays Excellent progression opportunities Free Parking Pension contribution Central location in Ashton Under Lyne To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to apply We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
