Technical Director IT Services & Architecture IT Services (SD-WAN/LAN/WAN) Global IT Service Provider As the Head of Architecture & Technology for an IT Services Company you will the overall accountability for the customer technical architecture of all services delivered into the end client You will be leading the postsales architecture and design team assigned to a major customer during the entire lifecycle of the contract, managing the organic growth requests through a special pre-Sales governance. This includes the accountability for ensuring that the technical solutions proposed are implementable and operable by the client. This includes the accountability for ensuring that the technical solutions proposed are implementable at the correct times in line with the technology roadmap. The client is implementing new IT services into the client from design and architecture to operational phase, the Architecture & Technology Director is responsible for managing the end client relationship and have a helicopter view of all services with the client, technically responsible for the design team solutions to meet their objectives. Services : LAN, SDWAN, Security,IPT,VIDEO, IT Services etc. Over 50 sites with over 1000 Devices. Experience in signing off complex technical solutions. Skills Profile Minimum of 10 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry (channels, local representations working directly with customer IT management) University degree in Communications systems/or Computer Science or equivalent. Strong technical skills around telecommunications/IT solutions and services. Proven track record in driving and positioning a global technical strategy to customers' needs Excellent business and commercial understanding. Demonstrated leadership and matrix team management capabilities in a multi-national environment. Ability to handle complex situations (internal and customer facing). Effective customer senior management communication.
