Crisis Support Worker needed for Mental Health Service - Canterbury, Kent Service Care Solutions are looking for a Crisis Support Worker for a Mental Health Service - Canterbury, Kent. Pay Rates: £10.50 (ltd) Per Hour - 6pm - 11pm (some days shift may be required). Location: Canterbury, Kent Role: To work with service users deescalate any personal factors that may be affecting their mental health. You will be working with them to promote mental wellbeing paired with physical health through empowerment and structured processes. You will continue to monitor the service users by reporting on their condition upon their visits providing accurate details of the clients recovery. In doing this, you will be working with a range of partners and reporting to the required authorities in order to maximise the service users potential. In the absence of the practice lead, you will be required to fill their role, gaining extra team leader experience and promoting for a more senior role. Candidate: Experience of working in a social care setting, or prior recovery worker experience. NVQ Lvl 3 in Health & Social Care. Great interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Knowledge of data management systems is needed to interpret data and write reports for service management. Understanding principles of Care and Mental Health Act.
