Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader Location: Market Harborough Salary: £8.87-£10.87 per hour BS Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader with a background in care and support for a stunning Retirement Living Plus development in Market Harborough. Senior Care Assisant / Team Leader - Full Time - Day and Night Shifts: 33.5 Hours Per Week ' Covering rolling shift patterns, covering a mix of days, evenings and sleep-in/on-call night shifts (where applicable) ' Excellent rates of pay - £10.87 per hour for day shifts and £8.87 per hour for night shifts. ' Up to £1.00 per hour extra for working weekends and evenings ' First class training - including induction and ongoing support ' Great benefits ' Amazing working environment and a fantastic team ' Career development and progression opportunities to Registered Manager and Area Manager Our Senior Care Assistant / Team Leaders play a vital role in the management and smooth running of our community`s day and night, helping the homeowners to live life to the full whilst having complete peace of mind.
