THE ROLE You will be fully responsible for the physical infrastructure and security of the UK entity; ensuring reliable connectivity, network and client services operations and management. In addition, you will look after the management of the network operations team planning and infrastructure projects and three members of staff. This is an exciting, hands on role which will see you design projects and build infrastructures. You will make sure that the infrastructure is resilient, reliable and secure for both clients and staff. Additional responsibilities will see you combining client services (mainly DevOps) processes to underpin an Agile way of working (including cloud infrastructure) THE PERSON In order to succeed in this you will ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experiences: ·Azure Cloud technologies ·Containerisation – Docker and Kubernetes ·Infrastructure as code (Terraform or ARM) ·Understanding of CI/CD (continuous integration / continuous delivery) ·Windows or Linux Server design and administration ·Networking technologies understanding & design ·Security Firewall technologies understanding & design SALARY Base to £75,000 Benefits depending on skills and experience ROLE IS COMMUTABLE FROM : Essex, Colchester, Braintree, Chelmsford, Clacton On Sea, Felixstowe, Ipswich, Lavenham, Sudbury, Dedham Vale, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Bramford, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89940583
