Create Finance are a leading, award winning specialist mortgage broker with offices in Derby and Birmingham, providing great opportunities for CeMap Qualified Mortgage Advisers. We are a whole of market mortgage and protection advisory business and an appointed representative of one of the leading, well respected national Networks. We are looking for self-employed mortgage advisers with the following experience : - CeMAP qualified Experience in a sales environment, working towards targets Experience as a mortgage adviser or as within a property company is preferred but not essential as full training will be given To become a Mortgage Adviser you must be able to; Be able to work to deadlines Be self-motivating Demonstrate sound sales experience A real desire to grow your own income, with our support & guidance Benefits you will receive as a Mortgage Adviser; leads provided Comprehensive Induction Academy and ongoing support Full Admin support provided once CAS achieved Full flexibility to work your own hours following probation Work from home or our 24/7 accessible offices in Derby or Birmingham This role is self-employed as a Mortgage Adviser position and you will be given full lead support and training by the business. Realistic and provable earnings of £40k in year one, £90k from year two This is a great opportunity for those that want to take the leap into self-employment or for those that are just starting out in the Mortgage Broker industry.
