Creative recruitment consultant

The role -Recruiting within the creative/media sector -Developing a great understanding of the industry -Marketing/advertising using creative skills -Business development with both new and existing clients, researching and growing the sector by linking with new clients within niche markets -Resourcing candidates, using own network, business database, linked in other social media -Negotiating both sides to produce the best outcome for both parties -Being able to work towards targets and hit KPI's (and follow them closely as a guideline) Skills essential for the role -Effective and confident communication skills -Good understanding of IT -Resilient personality -Adaptable and able to communicate with all people -Fast learner, ability to learn how to use a database and initiative to carry out the role efficiently Salary £20-25,000 basic salary- expected OTE (On target earnings) £35-40,000 first year Benefits. - Quarterly lunch clubs when targets are hit michelin starred restaurants and day activities such as go karting/paint balling etc -Annual trips away for a general company meeting.
