Client Support Executive High Wycombe £20,000-£21,000pa Have you got experience working within a Customer Support role? Are you a service driven, customer focused individual with an interest in technology? If so, then this could be the job for you Our Client is a highly successful and established technology business with an impressive, prestigious customer base who have an ambitious future growth plan. They are looking for a proactive and professional individual to join their Customer Support team who will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all Customer queries and providing first class support. This is a busy and varied role working within a dynamic and highly focused team, who pride themselves on their high service level and ability to learn and develop their own knowledge and experience to assist the customer. The duties will include, but are not limited to; Supporting customers and suppliers using all forms of communication through to resolution. Providing advice to customers to enable them to maintain functionality Continually improve your knowledge of the products and services through on-line training Updating customers by telephone or email on the progress of their query Regularly update open tickets onto the system with clear and up to date information Continually strive to exceed customer expectations You will be working on a shift basis and may also have the opportunity to work out of hours as part of an on-call rota. The successful candidate will have: At least 1 years’ experience in a Customer Support or Account Management role An interest in being at the forefront of technology Strong communication skills both verbally and via email High level of attention to detail when completing all tasks Ability to manage workload and changing priorities.
