Overview

We have an exciting opportunity working for a leading services company based in London. The purpose of the role is to continuously review processes, optimise efficiency and drive improvements though smarter use of technology. The role requires a unique blend of technical skills, the acumen for business improvement and the ability to establish strong relationships at all levels. Working with regional contract managers you will analyse key business data, evaluate business processes and make recommendations for improving efficiencies across the business. This may involve changes to existing systems and processes or implenting and educating regional staff on new digital technology and the value it brings to the business. Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret data using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL Understanding of operational management practices. Project management and/or business analysis skills high problem solving ability with strong communication and presentation skills. Proactive and forward thinking, strong negotiation and persuasion skills For the right candidate there is a visible career path into other areas of the business and on to senior management.
