Technical Coordinator Wandsworth Common £50,000 - £55,000 Bonus (up to 10%) Company Car Pension Package My client, one of London’s largest developers are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator, who has prior experience working on RC and Steel frame units. The main project assigned for this position will be a 1500-unit scheme in West London, mixed use over 8 phases and 16 years. The project is currently in its third phase with work starting on phase 4 in the coming months. Are you a technical coordinator with prior experience delivering premium central London RC / Steel frame projects in a fast paced, high quality and team driven environment. You will be motivated by the ability to develop your skillset and role as the projects progress, with a growing remit as the job develops. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge working on RC / Steel build units and a desire to enhance their skillset. The role 1500 new build RC / Steel units Overcome practical performance & functional issues Design & Drafting CAD documentation Assisting in large schemes as part of a team The person Prior experience with medium sized developments Must have RC or Steel, residential experience Commutable to the Wandsworth Common area Please apply to Liam Livingstone if of interested.
