Complete a complex and diverse range of tasks against Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)/Objectives Effective management and reporting of own time to deliver against project plan To lead objective analytical insight based on work completed by Subject Matter Experts (SME's) on BAU activities and business change projects. To initiate, formulate and present recommendations based on analysis in order to influence the decisions made by the Project Management and/or Product/Demand owners Own and direct specific deliverables within the Business Analysis work streams. Actively contribute and champion the development of the business analysts across the Salesforce team What we're looking for: Requirements Gathering - experience in requesting, assembling and breaking down client information and necessities and production of functional requirement documents Create data flow diagrams, Process Analysis, Mapping & Design Stakeholder management Experience of working within a SDLC (waterfall) and/or Agile project environment Skills that will help you in the role: Industry standard BA qualification Knowledge of Salesforce CRM including Sales Cloud, Servicing Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Financial Services Cloud Please submit CVs today This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89677211
