Senior Support Worker Bristol £19,240 I am recruiting for a Level 3 qualified support worker for a very highly regarded, values-led independent organisation in the Bristol area, for a service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that really cares about the work they do in supporting people with their independence. In addition, they truly value the input that each individual can bring to the organisation, and support their team to contribute, and share ideas and innovation. About you: You will be an experienced Support Worker with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, ideally with a background in learning disability or mental health services. You will be a driver with your own vehicle, and will be able to work to a shift rota which will include early and late shifts, and alternate weekends (sleep ins are optional).
