Outsourcing Director London £85,000 to £100,000 Bonus SIP Benefits A longstanding client of mine has instructed me to go to market to assist them with the appointment of an Outsourcing Director. This top 20 firm has made a number of key appointments over the past 18 months and has now spotted an opportunity to grow their Outsourcing offering. With a strong team in place already, you will be responsible for leading and driving growth in this area. Working alongside a highly influential Partner who has over 30 years of experience in this field, you will have the support needed to drive success. This firm has a traditional feel to them but is led by an entrepreneurial and refreshing Board of Partners. As an Outsourcing Partner you will be encouraged to invest and grow this team with no red tape and full autonomy. You should have a strong network and be a confident business developer. Leadership and development skills are key, this firm is big advocates of helping support, develop and retain their staff.
