Overview
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company in Andover. This company are seeking a Customer Service agent to provide support to clients, customers and engineers. Duties: Answering inbound calls Dealing with enquiries Processing calls Liaising with clients Contacting engineers Providing administrative support Delivering first class customer service If you have experience in customer services, call center and administration you would hold relevant experience for this role.
