Overview
A global music business is looking to recruit a Royalties Manager. Managing a team this role will take responsibility for the UK business. Offering an exciting opportunity with a world leading business this role is responsible for: Line managing the Royalty Assistants Supporting the requirements of each distribution cycle, ensuring that each period runs to the predetermined timetable, providing all necessary documentation to the Finance Department in a timely and accurate manner, including payment schedules, reviews and sign-offs Comply with and complete internal audit requirements, managing checklists, reviews and sign-off Proactively promote, manage and monitor the registration of UK Investigate, resolve and respond to complex royalty queries from clients and the business Ensure UK clients are fully accounted at forecasted levels of expectations Input into future planning requirements for the royalty modules External meetings and participate in industry initiatives/working groups Support the strategic planning, goal setting and the execution of projects. The successful candidate: Strong Royalties background Music experience will be an advantage but not essential Management experience Excellent system skills
