Temporary Bookkeeper required for 2-3-month assignment in Christchurch Your new company This well-respected organisation, based in Christchurch, are looking for a Bookkeeper to join them on a temporary basis. This role is due to start ASAP and expected to last 2-3 months with a possibility of being extended. You will be working within a small finance team assisting with the day to day running of the accounts function and payroll. Your new role In your new role you will be accountable for invoice processing, query resolution, bank reconciliations and payment runs. You may also be required to assist with the payroll when additional cover is needed. There will be other ad hoc duties assisting the Finance Manager ensuring the smooth day to day running of the accounts function. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you will have experience from a similar Bookkeeper role. You will be comfortable assisting the Finance Manager and have had previous exposure to Payroll. Excellent communication and IT skills are also required.
