Overview
Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation that provides support to adults with learning disabilities, physical needs, and mental health needs across the country. In Leicester city and Leicestershire we provide support across 16 services supporting over 100 adults with support needs. We are looking for confident, calm and person-centred individuals who can provide this support to our service users so that they can experience a valued life and enjoy the wide range of opportunities available to them for personal development. By providing this warm and responsive support you will be helping us to deliver care which promotes the rights and choices of our service users. Previous experience within a care role is an essential requirement of this relief based role, as is attendance to mandatory induction training courses before commencing shift work. We provide support in the following areas of Leicestershire: South Wigston Oadby City Centre Kirby Muxloe Quorn Sielby Market Harborough Kibworth Glenfield Great Glen Hamilton Bruanstone
