What you will do This is a challenging yet rewarding role, providing variety and the opportunity to develop your care skills for the future. As a general guide your responsibilities will include: Supporting residents with personal care needs Supporting residents with medication, full training will be given Providing support around nutrition Keeping accurate records Supporting people to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives We are looking for Carer’s who recognise the importance of promoting our resident’s independence, knowing when they are needed and when to take a step back. About our home Fleming House is a nursing and residential home on the outskirts of Eastleigh comprising of 30 nursing beds and 25 residential beds. We have all the latest equipment to meet our residents’ needs along with a relaxed, welcoming and homely atmosphere. About you You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, with the right values and motivation we can equip you with the skills and training you need to enjoy this hugely satisfying role and progress in your career.
