Overview
Our client is in the midst of delivering a complete overhaul of their user experience. You'll be joining a large and dedicated team to help develop a new information and support service for the many user groups that utilise their services. This project is hugely ambitious and therefore requires a fast-paced mentality who can work across a range of teams and lead on research activities. The Researcher's day to day Deliver valuable product and service features through a range of research activities Communicate these findings to the team to influence decision making Work closely with colleagues to build out a detailed picture of their users Collaborate with other researchers, content, product managers and UX/UI designers Develop a cooperative culture. What does a Researcher's CV look like Previous experience as a Researcher or Analyst, advocating for user research Ability to discuss strengths and weaknesses of different research methods Evidence of prioritising approaches to understand the user story Strong understanding of the difference between user needs and desires Confident in mentoring and coaching junior researchers.
