Overview
Prestige Nursing Care is one of the largest care agencies in the UK. We have over 30 branches nationwide providing a wide range of home, nursing and specialist care. We are excited to welcome another Care Planner in our 'outstanding' team in Plymouth. This role is predominantly to organise and plan our homecare scheduling, organising holiday cover and planning for future requirements in a response and proactive way. Client safety is paramount - you will need to ensure that the work schedules combine efficiency with absolute assurance that we will be fully compliant with CQC and other requirements/legislation. This involves the following major responsibilities; 1. Direct communications with our Plymouth clients to handle their queries or requirement changes 2. Close liaison with our Field Care Managers and our Carers to ensure that changes to the work schedules are timely and meet Client, and Carer, requirements 3.
