Would you like to finish work each day knowing that you have made a difference? We are looking for a positive, compassionate and caring Relief Support Worker to work within our Outreach service in Oxford city and Abingdon. You will be responsible and involved in the everyday life of the people that we support, making sure that they are fully involved when it comes to receiving the support that they all need and want. We support a large number of people throughout Oxford City and Abingdon. The majority of the people that we support in these services are fairly independent and need a guiding hand in their everyday endeavours. This means the support that you provide could range from helping with shopping, managing their tenancy agreement, assisting with appointments right through to days out, trips to the seaside or even a theme park What we need is a confident advocate and source of Support for these individuals so that they can lead the lives that they choose.
