Senior Therapeutic Care Worker Location: Bacup Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £9.50 - £11.00phr – (£8.21 per hour equating to £65.68 for a full sleepover of 8 hours) Experience: Providing Care: 3 years (Required) Education: Diploma of Higher Education (Required) Licence: Driving License (Required) My client is a Therapeutic Care Provider and is now recruiting enthusiastic, committed, reliable and proactive Senior Therapeutic Care Workers to provide support with day to day needs, recreational activities and to provide high quality intensive therapeutic care to young people (CSE) in a Therapeutic Residential Children’s Home, located in the Rossendale Valley between Bacup and Rawtenstall. They will also provide support to the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager and provide experienced support and supervision to Therapeutic Care Workers. My client require: Full Time (37.5Hrs) Senior Therapeutic Care Workers (£9.50 - £11.00phr) Dependant on qualifications and experience.) £8.21 per hour equating to £65.68 for a full sleepover of 8 hours. Qualified to Level 3 (NVQ/QCF – Level 3 or Diploma – Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.) This is essential. All shifts available working on a rota-based system, which include sleep-ins, days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends is essential. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance is essential. Due to legislation minimum age requirements for staff is 22 years and above.
