Overview
Female Support Worker Creative Support is a nationwide not-for-profit care provider who specialise in providing person centred support to adults with a wide range of needs. We are looking for kind and well-motivated people to work in a person-centred way with older people in our Extra Care services in Bromley (located in: Penge, Orpington and Bromley). We welcome applications from people who are looking for a new career in social care. You do not need prior experience as we will give you full training. If you are already working in home care or in residential care, you will find that our services will offer you a refreshing change as Extra Care housing enables older people to live independently in their own homes with flexible support from on-site care staff. Our aim is to enable people to enjoy the best quality of life. Your satisfying role will include: Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support to older people Enabling people to be healthy and be independent for as long as possible Supporting people to enjoy meaningful activities Working as part of a friendly team Full, part time and Relief (Bank) hours are available.
