Overview

CK Group have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Production Supervisor with medical device manufacturing experience within a GLP or GMP environment, to join a leading medical diagnostic company based in Birmingham on a permanent basis. The Role: As a Production/Manufacturing supervisor your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that products are manufactured, documented and tested to specification. - Conforming to GLP (good laboratory practice). - Identifying problems/issues as they arise and be able to communicate these to appropriate members of staff and to suggest potential solutions and improvements. - Overseeing routine inventory counts within the department. - Assessing and managing staff performance in relation to company expectations. Your Background: Essential: - Science based degree or equivalent qualification with laboratory experience. - Previous experience of working within a quality management system. - Previous experience of working to GMP or ISO13485 standards.
