Overview
A great new opportunity has become available for an experienced customer service professional to join an extremely busy and highly respected financial services company in Aylesbury. You will be joining a vibrant and busy contact centre, handling inbound and outbound calls as directed. Working closely to industry regulation and adhering to internal guidelines, you will deliver excellent customer service as you aim to address and solve customer queries and issues. Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner Provide clear and concise information to customers, working closely to the relevant guidance and regulations Provide outbound customer service response, as directed by the line manager At all times, aim to go above and beyond in regards to providing great customer service Provide administrative support to the wider contact centre team Complete administrative tasks as required and directed by the business About You: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be a clear and concise telephone communicator Must have experience within a high call volume, contact centre environment Be IT literate, with a solid understanding of the complete Microsoft Office Package Have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Have extensive office based customer service experience Be well versed in office administration, able to handle incoming work without guidance Be a team player, a friendly and positive attitude within the workplace Have a hard working and methodical approach to busy and demanding workloads Salary: £10.00 p/h Working Hours: (Mon - Fri) 9am - 5pm Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)
