Overview

At Creative Support, we have a continuing mission to provide individually focused and respectful support to enable our service users to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are looking for hardworking, flexible and motivated individuals to join our team providing person centred service at our Extra Care Service at Heysham Gardens Carlisle. The service is a purpose built scheme which offers independent living opportunities for older people in a friendly, inclusive and safe environment. For our Carlisle Extra Care service we want our service users to lead active and positive lives, to achieve this we need individuals to help us to deliver personalized extra care services. We need individuals who are passionate about providing dedicated care and support to older people. You will engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships. Good communication skills are key to this role, as is the ability to provide respectful personal care to meet the client’s needs. We can offer flexible hours which include evening and weekend work and previous experience within a similar care setting is not essential as we will provide full training and support when undertaking this role. The service has great local transport links within Carlisle. We have 3 positions available.
