Overview
Robert Half are recruiting for a temporary Treasury Assistant to join an organisation based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. This role will be between 3- 6 months and will offer flexible working hours along with free car parking. Role This role will report into the Head of Payments and you will be responsible for: Download and input bank statements as required. Create journals as require Reconcile all bank statements; liaising with colleagues within the Finance Office to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded Receive and receipt cash (cash, cheque and card transactions Manage and process petty cash requests Manage currency activities; returned income, banking and conversion Investigate any unidentified transactions; contacting payers and liaising with colleagues to accurately post ad hoc receipt and payment transactions This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a large team and enjoy flexibility. You will be immediately available and have excellent communications skills. Hourly rate on offer £11.00 plus holiday pay on top The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
