Mechanical Estimator - Building Services Contractor - £40-50k Car Allowance Benefits - Northampton Your new company A leading Building Services installation company based in Northamptonshire are looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their team. They offer turnkey mechanical and Electrical packages to Government, Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Medical, Retail and Leisure organisations. Your new role You will be responsible for tendering/estimating for a wide range of mechanical services (HVAC) projects. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across most sectors of the industry including, education, healthcare, commercial, residential and leisure. You will also have the opportunity to negotiate better discounts at tender to ensure we are more competitive than their competition. Projects range from anywhere between the value of £10,000 - £3million. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have time served qualification in the electrical or mechanical construction industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge within the M&E sector for materials, products, prices and commercial awareness. You will also need a full and clean drivers licence, City and Guilds trained ability to use estimating Cypher software, training will be given if required. What you'll get in return In return you will get a comprehensive salary of £45,000 - 50,000 Car/ Car Allowance (negotiable depending on experience).
