The Role They’re looking for experienced, motivated PHP developers who can integrate well with their team and take responsibility for a project with little assistance. They care about the quality of the code they deploy and are continually trying to improve their dev processes, so look for developers that get excited about sharing their knowledge and ideas. The work is varied and challenging and they have a modern stack (PHP 7.2, Lumen/Laravel, AWS, microservice architecture) that is continually evolving, and of course there are a number of legacy systems that also need maintaining.
